Description

Your choice of Veracruz amethyst specimens from Las Vigas de Ramirez, Veracruz, Mexico. These are great amethyst collectibles and a must have for the rock lover.

The crystal you will receive is exactly the one pictured. The approximate sizes of these pieces can be seen in the photos.

If you look closely at the photos, you will see that these pieces have beautiful sprays of amethyst crystals with nice blend of clear and , a rich purple colors. You’ll also see evidence of phantom zoning. Some of the crystals are fully terminated and others are even double terminated!

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays or times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping to addresses within the United States. Generally speaking, if shipped via USPS Parcel Select, it will take from 2-8 days, USPS Priority Mail from 1-3 days and via UPS Ground 1-5 days. Selection of the carrier is it our discretion based on the size and weight of the package to be shipped. Expedited Shipping Options for expedited shipping are available at checkout. NOTE: The expedited shipping is related to the carrier service for which it will ship. It does not lessen the up to 5 business days to process the order. International Shipping We provide international shipping to the countries supported by UPS and USPS, and not legally forbidden. International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Roccia Roba is not responsible for these charges. Shipping to PO Boxes Shipping is available to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States. Accuracy of the Address We will ship the order to the address provided. We are not responsible for orders mis-delivered or lost due to invalid addresses added to the order. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is returned unused and in its original condition. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
