Description

Really unique SOLAR powered rock made from rough piece of ROSE QUARTZ that really show off the natural beauty of the crystal.

These unique pieces are made with lights embedded inside that allows the rock to glow softly after dark.

Run time is between 6-8 hours/full charge. And the lights are rated for about 260 recharge cycles. They are charged in direct sun, either outdoors or on your window sill.

After the solar capacity is used up, these can easily be converted to a tealight holder. Or you can order the variation to include one (1) replacement solar cell for a small additional charge.

Perfect, plug free night light, indoors or out.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays or times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping to addresses within the United States. Carrier and service level is selected at our discretion but will likely be USPS First Class, Parcel or Priority or UPS Ground. If other carriers or services are required, email us for a price quote. For all orders, domestic or international, the shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for this tracking number to become active. Once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier, we’re at the mercy of the carrier for its timely delivery. Generally speaking, if shipped via USPS Parcel Select, it will take from 2-8 days, USPS Priority Mail from 1-3 days and via UPS Ground 1-5 days. Selection of the carrier is it our discretion based on the size and weight of the package to be shipped. Expedited Shipping Options for expedited shipping are available at checkout. NOTE: The expedited shipping is related to the carrier service for which it will ship. It does not lessen the up to 5 business days to process the order. International Shipping We provide international shipping to the countries supported by UPS and USPS, and not legally forbidden. International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. Roccia Roba is not responsible for these charges. Shipping to PO Boxes Shipping is available to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States. Accuracy of the Address We will ship the order to the address provided. We are not responsible for orders mis-delivered or lost due to invalid addresses added to the order. Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@roccia-roba.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is returned unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount once we receive the return - but please contact us first! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To start a return, you can contact us at info@roccia-roba.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
